We are able to deliver goods to Isle-of-Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle-of-Wight, and Channel Islands. However additional Carriage charges will apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Goods ordered for delivery in these areas will incur an additional minimum charge of £35.
Delivery times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will endeavour to deliver your items within the times shown on the website. Within 48 Hours you should receive an email confirming your order. Once we have an approximate delivery date a team member will contact you directly to arrange delivery with you. On the rare occasion that there is a delay with your item or items, we will let u know as soon as we know. We have put down realistic delivery times of all items on our website and want our customers to be 100% confident that once we give a delivery date we will give 110% to ensure your item or items arrive. All our delivery times are in most cases quicker than you would get from a high street store and are based on manufacturing production times.
If the delivery date we offer you isn’t suitable just speak to our sales team we will do our utmost to arrange an alternative mutually suitable day. In the event that the only day suitable for delivery is a weekend, we are able to deliver on a Saturday. There will however be a minimum charge of £55 applicable, depending on the item and location. We are unable to offer Saturday deliveries to any of the following areas: Isle-of-Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle-of-Wight, and Channel Islands.

Delivery charges on our site is currently set at £19.
 

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

When we deliver your order it is very important that you check the goods prior to accepting delivery.
By signing for the goods you are confirming that all items have been delivered undamaged.
No claims for damaged goods will be accepted once you have signed for the order.

If you sign for the goods and write unchecked, you are actually saying that your are happy to accept the goods without checking them, therefore no claims for damages can be made in these circumstances.
