All of our products have a minimum of a 1 year guarantee from date of purchase. Some items have longer but this would be clearly stated on product description.

If a fault occurs with your product or your item is damaged during transit, please notify our customer services team via the online support form.

If the goods have been damaged during delivery, you must notify us immediately via email.
